CRM Developer and
Automations Specialist
I’m Shania Eshy Abanto, a website and automation specialist. My work spans GoHighLevel CRM architecture, conditional workflows, lead routing, nurture sequences, funnel assets, and integrations that connect tools and simplify business processes.
I combine thoughtful digital design with systems thinking: map the process, connect the right tools, automate repeatable steps, and make the customer journey easier to follow.
An intelligent workspace built with AI-assisted coding
Meet Files.Ed, an intelligent workspace designed to bring customer relationships, documents, tasks, calendar events, and AI-assisted message drafting into one organized experience.
Files.Ed is designed as a practical workspace for teams that want fewer disconnected steps and better visibility over day-to-day work.
Keep lead records, tasks, events, and document references organized in one interface instead of jumping between scattered lists.
Track lead status, review open tasks, and keep follow-ups from getting lost in the shuffle.
Use message-drafting workflows to get a first draft, then review and personalize it before it reaches a customer.
The concept can guide future integrations and tailored workflows based on a business’s processes, tools, and priorities.
I used AI coding tools as part of the development process, alongside product planning, interface design, and custom implementation to bring Files.Ed to life. It’s an example of how I explore ideas, turn them into a working interface, and map the next steps toward a more complete product.
The current Files.Ed page demonstrates the interface and selected browser-based workflows. Secure user accounts, shared cloud data, private file storage, and connected AI services require backend configuration before production use.
A little clarity before we get into the details. No jargon maze, no pressure—just how I work and where I can help.
That’s one of my favorite problems to solve. I can map the handoffs between your CRM, forms, calendars, email and SMS tools, then build workflows or integrations using GoHighLevel, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, or APIs where the platforms allow it. I’ll confirm what’s possible once I understand your stack and access.
You don’t need to arrive with a perfect flowchart. Tell me what happens today, what keeps slipping through the cracks, and what a better result would look like. I’ll help turn that into a practical scope, outline the logic, and flag dependencies before we build.
No vanishing act. If you need ongoing help, we can discuss support for troubleshooting, monitoring, workflow refinements, new builds, and CRM maintenance. We’ll agree on the support scope and response expectations upfront.
Both are possible, depending on the use case. I can help plan an AI-assisted workflow or tool for tasks such as drafting lead follow-ups, qualifying inquiries, or supporting internal operations. A genuinely AI-powered production tool needs a model connection, secure backend/API handling, testing, and an agreed usage budget—so I’ll distinguish a prototype from a connected system.
We start with the outcome, define what’s included, and agree on milestones before work begins. Timing depends on complexity, integrations, content, and access: a focused page can be much quicker than a multi-step automation system. I’ll give you a realistic estimate after reviewing the requirements, not a guess just to win the project.
Yes. I’ve worked with international clients, including teams in the US, Australia, and the UK. Clear written updates, agreed deadlines, and documented handoffs help keep work moving across time zones without relying on everyone being online at once.
Not necessarily. The right starting point might be one high-impact workflow, a landing page, or fixing a specific handoff—not rebuilding everything at once. Pricing depends on scope and complexity. Once we understand the problem, I can suggest a sensible first phase and provide a clear estimate before work starts.
I look at the journey, not only the settings screen: where leads come from, what should happen next, how the team gets notified, and what happens when a person replies, books, cancels, or opts out. The aim is a system that supports a real process—not a pile of disconnected automations.
